From the admin view, click on the Assignments button (in the top nav bar) Click the green button that says "Add New Assignment" You will be prompted to give your assignment a name, description, and due date. Admin Status Levels There are two levels of admin status within Big Interview. Here is a brief description of each level: Top Level Admin - The top level admin can view everything in the admin panel including reports. They can add additional org admin users or grant org admin status. Organizational Admin - An org admin (sometimes org user) cannot see reports, manage users, or add additional org admins. Once a user has completed an assignment, what's next? This article covers how to review an assignment from the admin area. If the student shared an external link, you can follow the same steps outlined in this support article. Go to the "Assignments" tab and locate your assignment. Click the assignment name to view a list of users who have completed the assignment. Click on "Review Now" to begin reviewing.Few readersEmail Delivery: Whitelisting Big Interview Email
Big Interview uses highly reputable emailing domains to ensure that emails are delivered. However, email delivery can still sometimes fail due to various security systems in-between Big Interview and students. In order to ensure email deliverability, Big Interview monitors and acts on spam scores, blacklisting, IP throttling, and more. In addition to whitelisting IPs and domains, please identify any internal limitations you may have with receiving email and surface them to our Support Team.Few readersRating and Reviewing Practice Videos
There are two ways to access user Practice videos to rate and review. Users can share the videos with you via email or you can look up the user in the admin area. METHOD ONE When a user shares a Practice video with you, you'll receive an email notification. Click on the link to rate and review the video. You do not need to have a Big Interview account in order to review the videos. Custom Sets Overview Custom Sets function the same way as Practice Sets. Users can record as many takes as they like, with no time limits. Completing the entire set is optional. Please note that Custom Sets do not include reporting features. However, users can share their recorded responses directly with admins for review and feedback.
