Invite Your Users

Inviting your users to Big Interview is easy!

Just go to the Admin side of your account and click on the Users tab.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Invite Menu: Click on the Invite users button located near the top right of the screen.
  2. Add Your Users: You can invite users either one at a time or by importing a CSV list.
    • If uploading a CSV, ensure the columns are formatted as: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Role (accepted values: admin, org_admin, or user).
  1. Set Permissions: From this same screen, you can assign or upgrade roles for your users. Select the desired role for the user from the options.
  2. Send Invitations: Click Invite users to complete the action. This will automatically send an email to the new users containing their login instructions.

Managing and Filtering Users

You can easily locate, filter, and export user accounts in the main Users area using the following options:

  • Search: Type at least 3 characters into the search bar to find specific users. You can toggle your search between Name or E-mail address.
  • Date Range: Use the time filter dropdown to sort users based on when they were added (e.g., All time).
  • Sortable Columns: Click the arrow icons next to the table headers to sort your list dynamically by Name, E-mail address, Role, or Added On.
  • Export Data: Click the Export CSV button to download your current table data.
