Invite Your Users

Inviting your users to Big Interview is easy!

Just go to the Admin side of your account and click on the Users tab.

Click on the button that says Invite Users. You can either invite them one at a time or import a CSV list. If you are uploading a CSV, the columns should be: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Role (admin, org_admin, or user).

rom this same screen, you can also upgrade existing accounts from user to admin or org_admin status. Select the role you would like them to have, and when you are done, click Invite Users.

When you are done, click Invite Users. This will automatically send them an email with the login instructions.
