The Big Interview mobile app allows you to access powerful career preparation tools on the go. To ensure a seamless experience, all mobile users should download and use the official app. Please note that navigating via a mobile browser is not supported and will not provide an ideal experience for recording or practicing. To access Big Interview on your mobile device, please use the links below to download the app.

With the Big Interview mobile app, you can:

• Watch video lessons for career advice and tips.
• Practice interview questions and record responses directly on your phone.
• Complete assignments and submit your recorded responses.
• View your active and submitted assignments.
• Receive VideoAI feedback, when enabled for your organization and assignment, including an overall VideoAI score for each question and a breakdown of your performance across individual VideoAI metrics.
• Track your progress and access saved interviews and resources.

Logging In

To log in to the app:

1. Open the app on your mobile device.
2. Enter your email address and password associated with your Big Interview account.
3. Tap Log In.

SSO Users

If your organization uses SSO, click "Are you a student?" toward the bottom of the screen and enter your school credentials.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use the mobile app to complete assignments?
A: Yes! You can access assigned interviews and/or lessons directly in the app. Your progress will sync automatically with your account.

Q: Can I upload or scan resumes from the app?
A: Not at this time. Uploading resumes within the Big Resume Builder and scanning resumes for ResumeAI feedback are not currently available in the mobile app. These features are part of the Big Resume suite and must be accessed through the desktop version of Big Interview.

Q: What if my recordings won’t upload?
A: Check your internet connection and ensure the app has access to your device’s storage. If issues persist, contact our Support Team.

Q: Can I access and download my certificates through the mobile app?
A: Yes. You can access your certificates directly through the Big Interview mobile app and download them to your device.
