Managing Your Account (Email, Password & Profile)

If your organization uses SSO for authentication, certain account settings are managed by your organization. Contact your organization's IT department or administrator if you need to change your password or email address.


This article explains how to change your email address, reset or update your password, edit your profile information, update your profile picture, and change your time zone. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), some account settings may be managed by your organization.


What can I manage in My Account?

From the My Account page, you can:

  • Change or update your email address
  • Change or update your password
  • Update your profile information
  • Change your profile picture
  • Update your time zone

Enter or update your first and last name, email address, and time zone. You can also change or update your password from this page. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your email address and password may be managed by your organization and cannot be changed within Big Interview.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, sign in to Big Interview and navigate to My Account > Profile. Update your email address and save your changes.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your email address may be managed by your organization's identity provider and cannot be changed within Big Interview. Contact your organization's IT department or administrator if you need assistance.

How do I update my email address?

Updating your email address follows the same process as changing it. Go to My Account > Profile, enter your new email address, and save your changes.
If you're unable to update your email address, contact your administrator or Big Interview Support.

Can I change the email address I use to sign in?

Yes. For standard Big Interview accounts, you can update your sign-in email from your My Account page.
If you sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO), your login credentials are managed by your organization, so you'll need to contact your organization's administrator if your email address changes.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, sign in to Big Interview and go to My Account > Profile.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your password is managed by your organization and cannot be changed within Big Interview. Contact your organization's IT department or administrator if you need to reset your password.

What's the difference between changing my password and resetting my password?

  • Change your password if you're already signed in and want to create a new password.
  • Reset your password if you've forgotten it and can't sign in.
  • If you use Single Sign-On (SSO), password resets must be completed through your organization's login system.
