Weekly Office Hours (Admin and Staff)

Overview


Big Interview hosts live Weekly Office Hours to help administrators and staff get answers to questions, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices for engaging users. These sessions are open to all institutional partners and provide a chance to connect directly with our Customer Success team.


What to Expect


Each session is a casual, drop-in format where you can:


  • Ask questions about setup, usage, or reporting
  • Learn how other institutions are using Big Interview
  • Preview new features and upcoming updates
  • Get guidance on best practices for increasing adoption and engagement


You are welcome to stay for the full session or just join for the parts relevant to you.

Day: Every Monday

Time: 1pm-1:30pm MT

Location: Zoom


Who Should Attend

  • New or existing administrators
  • Career services staff
  • Workforce program coordinators
  • Anyone managing Big Interview access or user engagement
