You must register on the desktop version of Big Interview before proceeding to this step, unless your organization uses SSO.

Logging In

To log in to the app:

Open the app on your mobile device.
Enter your email address and password associated with your Big Interview account.
Tap Log In.

Click "Use My University Profile" and enter your credentials

Q: Can I use the mobile app to complete assignments?
A: Yes! You can access assigned interviews directly in the app. Your progress will sync automatically with your account. At this time, the mobile app only supports interview assignments (lessons not included).

Q: Can I upload resumes from the app?
A: Not at this time. To use the ResumeAI feature, upload your resume through the desktop version.

Q: What if my recordings won’t upload?
A: Check your internet connection and ensure the app has access to your device’s storage. If issues persist, contact our Support Team.
