Requesting Custom Dashboards or Reports
If you need data that isn’t available in your standard reports or dashboards, our team can create a custom version tailored to your needs.
What You Can Request
Custom dashboards and reports can include:
- Usage summaries for specific time periods
- Data by assignment, scoring guide, video module
- Adoption trends, engagement metrics, or user activity details
- Metrics such as interview counts, resume scans, lessons watched, etc
How to Request
- 1. Submit a Request: Contact your Customer Success Manager or email Support at support@biginterview.com with a short description of what you need.
2. Include Details: To request a user-level student metrics report for a custom date range, include:
- Organization name
- Custom start and end dates
- Specific students, groups, or the full student population to include
- Metrics or profile fields you want to track
- Preferred format, such as a downloadable CSV
3. Review and Approval: We will review your request and confirm feasibility or suggest alternatives.
Ongoing or Scheduled Reports
If you’ll need the same data regularly, we can automate delivery on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule. Just mention this in your request.
