Requesting Custom Dashboards or Reports
If you need data that isn’t available in your standard reports or dashboards, our team can create a custom version tailored to your needs.
What You Can Request
Custom dashboards and reports can include:
- Usage summaries for specific time periods
- Data by assignment, scoring guide, video module
- Adoption trends, engagement metrics, or user activity details
- Metrics such as interview counts, resume scans, lessons watched, etc.
How to Request
- Submit a Request: Contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out through chat/email Support with a short description of what you need.
- Include Details: To help us build your report efficiently, please include:
- Time range (for example: “Last 6 months”)
- Specific users, groups, or organizations to include
- Metrics or data points you want to track
- Preferred format (dashboard view, downloadable CSV, or scheduled report)
- Review and Approval: We will review your request and confirm feasibility or suggest alternatives.
Ongoing or Scheduled Reports
If you’ll need the same data regularly, we can automate delivery on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule. Just mention this in your request.
