Requesting Custom Dashboards or Reports

If you need data that isn’t available in your standard reports or dashboards, our team can create a custom version tailored to your needs.


What You Can Request

Custom dashboards and reports can include:


  1. Usage summaries for specific time periods
  2. Data by assignment, scoring guide, video module
  3. Adoption trends, engagement metrics, or user activity details
  4. Metrics such as interview counts,  resume scans, lessons watched, etc.


How to Request


  1. Submit a Request: Contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out through chat/email Support with a short description of what you need.
  2. Include Details: To help us build your report efficiently, please include:
    • Time range (for example: “Last 6 months”)
    • Specific users, groups, or organizations to include
    • Metrics or data points you want to track
    • Preferred format (dashboard view, downloadable CSV, or scheduled report)
  1. Review and Approval: We will review your request and confirm feasibility or suggest alternatives.


Ongoing or Scheduled Reports

If you’ll need the same data regularly, we can automate delivery on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule. Just mention this in your request.
