Admin Reporting Dashboards
Our admin reporting dashboards give you a clear view of how your users are engaging with Big Interview over time.
Time filters
Use the time period dropdown at the top of the dashboard to adjust the reporting window.
You can quickly switch between:
- Three month view
- Six month view
- Twelve month view
What you will see
- High level overview of platform activity
- Breakdown of key events at the individual user level
- Activity trends over time to help you spot patterns and changes in engagement
Feature availability
Some tiles or charts may be blank or hidden if your organization does not have access to certain features, such as AI tools. This is expected behavior and does not indicate an error with your account.
Custom dashboards/reports
If you need additional views, fields, or filters, we can create custom dashboards for your organization.
To request a custom dashboard, please contact our support team at support@biginterview.com and include:
- Organization name
- Events/metrics
- Timeframe
