How to Reset the Daily ResumeAI Scan Limit

For Students/Organizational Users


Each account has a daily ResumeAI scan limit of 5 scans to ensure fair use and system performance. If you’ve reached your limit but need to continue scanning, you can request a reset through chat support.


To request a scan reset:


  1. Log in to your Big Interview account.
  2. Click on the chat support icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen
  3. Type a message like:

“Hi, I’ve reached my daily ResumeAI scan limit. Can you please reset it for me?”

  1. A support agent will confirm your account details and reset your scan limit. 


Note:

  • Most reset requests are processed within a few minutes.
  • If you frequently hit your daily limit, we recommend making multiple edits before scanning again to maximize results.
  • Daily scans reset at midnight. You may need to wait if you contact support after hours.


For Admins


Admins can reset a user’s daily ResumeAI scan limit directly from the admin dashboard.


To reset a student’s scan limit:

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Search for the student by name
  4. Click on the student’s name to open their profile.
  5. Click on the Resumes tab
  6. Select Reset Daily Limit


The user will immediately regain access to ResumeAI scans for that day.
