Reviewing ResumeAI Feedback

Once a resume is uploaded, ResumeAI evaluates it using a three-tiered badge system: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. These badges provide a clear indication of how well the resume meets professional or university standards and where improvements can be made.

Remember that AI feedback is a starting point—human judgment is often still necessary. Use common sense and critical thinking.
Badges include:

Gold – Excellent! Meets high standards.
Silver – Good. Strong in some areas but needs improvement in others.
Bronze – Needs improvement. Multiple areas require improvement.

How to View ResumeAI Feedback

Sign in to your Big Interview account.
In the upper-left corner of the screen, click the Big Interview logo/name to open the product dropdown.
Under Your Apps, select Big Resume.
Open My Scans from the Scan menu.
Select the relevant resume scan and review the overall Gold, Silver, or Bronze score.
Click VIEW FEEDBACK to see detailed insights. Select individual elements or VIEW DETAILED FEEDBACK for more specific suggestions.
Address flagged areas, then edit your resume using an external tool and scan it again to review the updated results.

Note: If you believe your score does not accurately reflect your resume, you can now have your score adjusted by an admin, if necessary. After an admin adjusts a score, the student must scan the resume again for the adjustment to appear in updated reports. The scoring guide can still be used after its due date as long as it remains active.

This is a breakdown of the numerical ranges for ResumeAI:

Gold: Top 25% of scores (76-100)
Silver: Middle 50% of scores (57-75)
Bronze: Bottom 25% of scores (0-56)
