Reviewing ResumeAI Feedback

Once a resume is uploaded, ResumeAI evaluates it using a three-tiered badge system: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. These badges provide a clear indication of how well the resume meets professional or university standards and where improvements can be made.


Remember that AI feedback is a starting point—human judgment is often still necessary. Use common sense and critical thinking.

Badges include:


  • [ ] Gold – Excellent! Meets high standards.
  • [ ] Silver – Good. Strong in some areas but needs improvement in others.
  • [ ] Bronze – Needs improvement. Multiple areas require improvement.


  1. Access your account on the Big Interview platform.
  2. Navigate to Big Resume: From your Dashboard, 
  3. Select ResumeAI: Click on My Scans from the Scan menu.
  4. Review Your Score: After scanning, you'll receive an overall score of Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
Note: If you believe your score does not accurately reflect your resume, you now have the option to have your scores adjusted by an admin if required.
  1. Click "VIEW FEEDBACK" to see detailed insights.
  2. Explore Detailed Feedback: Click on individual elements or select "VIEW DETAILED FEEDBACK" for in-depth suggestions.
  3. Address any flagged areas to improve your resume.
  4. Spelling Errors: If there are incorrect spelling or grammar errors flagged, dismiss them by clicking "Dismiss."
  5. Edit and Rescan: Use an external tool to edit your resume based on the feedback.


This is a breakdown of the numerical ranges for ResumeAI:


Gold: Top 25% of scores (76-100)

Silver: Middle 50% of scores (57-75)

Bronze: Bottom 25% of scores (0-56)
