Privacy and Security of User-Generated Video and Audio Content

At Big Interview, we take the privacy and security of our users very seriously. This includes the video, audio, and content generated during practice interview sessions. We want to assure our users that their likeness—both visual and voice—is handled with the utmost care and protected from misuse, including concerns related to deep fakes and other AI-related risks.

How We Use Video and Audio Content:

The videos and audio recordings created by users during practice interviews are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of improving users' interview skills and providing personalized feedback. User-generated content is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes, marketing, or any AI-related research or training

Safeguarding User Likeness:

We do not use or process users’ likenesses (visual or voice data) for the generation of deep fakes or synthetic media. All video and audio data are stored with robust encryption and are only accessible to the user, authorized administrators (such as university staff), and technical support as needed.

User Control Over Content:

Users have full control over their content and can delete videos and audio recordings at any time from their accounts. Upon request, Big Interview will permanently delete all stored data related to a user’s practice interviews.

We understand the growing concerns surrounding AI and privacy, and we are committed to ensuring that our platform provides a safe and secure environment for all users.
