Accessibility Statement
At Big Interview, we are committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for everyone by adhering to the principles of accessibility and following the guidelines established by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Our Commitment
Accessible Design: We design our platform with accessibility in mind, ensuring that all users, regardless of their abilities, can navigate and utilize our tools effectively. This includes making our content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
User Feedback: We value the feedback from our users and continuously work to improve our platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. Your input is crucial in helping us enhance the accessibility of our services.
Compliance: We are committed to meeting or exceeding the requirements of applicable accessibility laws and guidelines, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

To further support students with diverse needs, Big Interview offers the following accommodations and modifications:

Adjust Assessment Criteria in Assignments: Our platform allows for customized assessment criteria to accommodate different needs.
Written Responses in Answer Builder: Instead of recording practice videos, users have the option to provide written responses in our Answer Builder, catering to those who prefer or require non-verbal communication methods.
Multiple Modalities in the Curriculum: Our curriculum is designed to include multiple modalities, ensuring that students can engage with the content in various ways that suit their learning preferences.
Special Notes- Heading Levels
We acknowledge that there are instances of inconsistent heading levels throughout our site. Screen reader users can use heading levels to gain a sense of the content structure on a site. When headings are not used in order (h1, h2, h3, etc.) to organize content, it can cause confusion. This has not yet been remediated, so please be aware of this issue as you navigate the site.
We are dedicated to making our platform as accessible as possible and will continue to make improvements to serve all of our users effectively.
Our VPAT and Accessibility Roadmap are available upon request. Contact chat support or email support@biginterview.com.
