Big Interview and ADA Title II Requirements

Big Interview is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all users. In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we are working to ensure that all web content, including course materials, mobile experiences, and third-party tools, conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards by April 24, 2026.

Accessibility Widget

If there is a need that is not natively supported within the platform, the accessibility widget offers the following features: a dyslexia font, adjustable font size and text highlighting, color adjustments, contrast, saturation, monochrome mode, a reading guide, the ability to stop animations, and a large cursor.

Extended Time for Assignments

Users can receive additional time to complete assignments to ensure they have the necessary time to understand and respond effectively.

Disable Eye Tracking

We offer the option to disable eye-tracking features on an individual or organizational level.

Adjust Assessment Criteria in Assignments

Our platform allows for customized assessment criteria to accommodate different needs.

Written Responses in Answer Builder

In lieu of recording practice videos, users have the option to provide written responses in our Answer Builder, catering to those who prefer or require non-verbal communication methods.

Multiple Modalities in the Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to include multiple modalities, ensuring that students can engage with the content in various ways that suit their learning preferences.

Special Notes - Heading Levels

We acknowledge that there are instances of inconsistent heading levels throughout some areas of our site. Screen reader users utilize heading levels to understand content structure; we are currently in the process of remediating these sections to ensure a strictly sequential hierarchy across the entire platform by April 2026.
