# **VideoAI Feedback Guide**
### **System Requirements & Accessibility**
* **Availability:** VideoAI is an optional feature for schools and organizations. Please ensure your institution has enabled AI features for your account.
* **Device Compatibility:** VideoAI feedback is available on the Big Interview mobile app when VideoAI is enabled for your organization and assignment. You can receive an overall VideoAI score and feedback across individual VideoAI metrics.
### **How to Access Your Interview**
Depending on your goals, you will enter the interview interface in one of two ways:
* **For Practice Interviews:** Navigate to the **Practice** tab on your dashboard. Once you select a practice category or a **custom set**, you will be prompted to **choose your interviewer** before starting.
* **For Assignments:** Navigate to the **Assignments** tab. From there, you can start your specific task by entering the **assignment code** or following the **invite link** provided by your instructor or organization.
### **Recording & Requirements**
The following steps apply whether you are using a standard practice interview, a custom question set, or a specific assignment:
1. **Launch the Recorder:** Once you have entered the interview interface, click the **"Practice with {Name}"** button to begin.
2. **Monitor Your Timing:** For the AI to analyze your response, you must record for **at least 30 seconds**.
3. *Note: Responses shorter than 30 seconds will not receive a score or feedback.*
4. **Complete the Interview:** Proceed through your questions as usual.
5. **Save to Process:** You **must click "Save"** after recording. The AI processing will only trigger once the video is successfully saved to your account.
### **Reviewing Your Results**
Once saved, your results will appear in the **My Videos** tab or within the **Assignments** area.
The VideoAI interface captures your **overall performance** while simultaneously measuring the **mechanics of each individual response**. It may take a few minutes for the system to process these detailed metrics.
**Understanding Your Medal Score:**
When your results are ready, you will see a medal representing your performance based on the following score ranges:
* **Gold Medal:** 76–100
* **Silver Medal:** 57–75
* **Bronze Medal:** 0–56
### **The VideoAI Feedback Report**
Clicking on your medal opens a comprehensive report divided into three main areas:
* **Delivery & Verbal Cues:** This analyzes "how" you speak. You will see data on your **rate of speech**, **tone**, and the use of **filler words** (like "um," "uh," and "like"). It also identifies **"power words"** that strengthen your impact and evaluates your **vocabulary**.
* **Content & Confidence:** This evaluates "what" you said. It looks at the **clarity** of your answer, how well you stayed **aligned with the role**, and your overall level of **confidence**.
* **Technical & Nonverbal:** The report provides helpful observations on your **volume** and **lighting** to ensure you look and sound professional on camera.
**My Action Plan:** This section translates your data into a customized summary with **specific, actionable steps** to help you improve for your next session.
### **Technical Note**
**Eye-tracking calibration is no longer required** in VideoAI. Your eye contact will not impact your overall score, allowing you to focus entirely on the quality of your responses.
# **Frequently Asked Questions**
## **Why didn't I receive VideoAI feedback?**
If you don't see VideoAI feedback after completing your interview, check the following:
* Your organization must have **VideoAI enabled**.
* You must complete your interview using a **desktop or laptop web browser**. VideoAI feedback is not available in the mobile app.
* Your recorded response must be **at least 30 seconds long** to receive AI analysis.
* Your interview must be **saved successfully** before VideoAI processing begins.
* AI analysis may take **a few minutes** to complete after your interview has been saved.

## **Why wasn't my interview analyzed?**
VideoAI analyzes eligible interview recordings after they have been successfully uploaded and saved.
If your interview wasn't analyzed:
* Confirm your response was at least **30 seconds long**.
* Make sure your interview finished uploading successfully.
* Verify that VideoAI is enabled for your organization.
* Allow a few minutes for processing after saving your interview.

## **How long does VideoAI feedback take?**
VideoAI begins processing your interview after your recording has been successfully saved. Feedback is typically available within **a few minutes**, though processing time may vary depending on system activity.

## **My recording uploaded, but I don't see feedback. What should I do?**
If your recording uploaded successfully but you don't see VideoAI feedback:
* Wait a few minutes for processing to complete.
* Confirm your response was at least **30 seconds long**.
* Verify that your organization has VideoAI enabled.
* Make sure you're viewing your completed interview in **My Videos** or the **Assignments** area, depending on how you completed the interview.
