It’s time to start learning those techniques that will land you your next job. In this article we’ll briefly introduce you to the LEARN section.

Step 1:

In your top navigation bar, click on LEARN.

From here, you can choose between the FAST TRACK, MASTERY TRACK, INTERVIEW PLAYBOOKS, JOB SEARCH CURRICULUM, RESUME CURRICULUM, WRITTEN CURRICULUM, NEGOTIATION CURRICULUM, or FIRST 90 DAYS CURRICULUM.

FAST TRACK and MASTERY TRACK are video-based lessons integrated with quizzes and practice questions to help you apply your new knowledge as you learn.

The INTERVIEW PLAYBOOKS section includes 170 video lessons for that extra edge when preparing for special circumstances.

The JOB SEARCH CURRICULUM includes 5 video-based lessons covering networking, LinkedIn and your online presence.

The RESUME CURRICULUM includes video lessons covering the resume process, including everything from the structure to thank you notes.

The WRITTEN CURRICULUM covers the A to Z of interviewing and is geared toward users who prefer reading as their primary learning style. You’ll find a list of modules and within each module a list of written lessons.

The main WRITTEN CURRICULUM categories are:

Module 1 – Interview Basics
Module 2 – Resumes and Cover Letters
Module 3 – Landing the Interview
Module 4 – Informational Interviews
Module 5 – Interview Prep
Module 6 – Acing the Interview
Module 7 – Follow Up
Module 8 – Answering Top Questions
Module 9 – Behavioral Interview Questions

Regardless if you’re a seasoned interviewee or just starting out on your career, starting with the Interview Basics module is a smart decision.

The NEGOTIATION CURRICULUM is video-based and covers compensation and salary negotiation topics.

Finally the FIRST 90 DAYS CURRICULUM is exactly what it sounds like, what to expect in the first 90 days at a new job.

Step 2:
To select a lesson click on the lesson name. (In this example we’ll start with Module 1 – Lesson 1: “Your Job Interview Objectives”).

The whole section is designed to be pretty intuitive, just like typical online reading or video watching.
