# Requesting Custom Dashboards or Reports

| If you need data that isn’t available in your standard reports or dashboards, our team can create a custom version tailored to your needs.

### **What You Can Request**
Custom dashboards and reports can include:

1. Usage summaries for specific time periods
2. Data by assignment, scoring guide, video module
3. Adoption trends, engagement metrics, or user activity details
4. Metrics such as interview counts, resume scans, lessons watched, etc.

### **How to Request**

**1. Submit a Request:** Contact your Customer Success Manager or email Support at [**support@biginterview.com**]() with a short description of what you need.
**2. Include Details:** To request a user-level student metrics report for a custom date range, include:
* Organization name
* Custom start and end dates
* Specific students, groups, or the full student population to include
* Metrics or profile fields you want to track
* Preferred format, such as a downloadable CSV
**3. Review and Approval:** We will review your request and confirm feasibility or suggest alternatives.
### **Ongoing or Scheduled Reports**
If you’ll need the same data regularly, we can automate delivery on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule. Just mention this in your request.
