# Removing Users

| Organizations can manage user access and account removal directly through their preferred setup. The process for removing users differs depending on whether your organization uses SSO or self-registration.

### **For Organizations Using SSO**

If your organization uses **Single Sign-On (SSO**), user accounts are managed through your institution’s Identity Provider (IdP). Your team is responsible for deactivating accounts within that system to ensure identity and authentication remain under your organization’s control.

### **For Organizations Using Self-Registration**

If your users create accounts through self-registration, you can request removals by sending a CSV file to [**support@biginterview.com**](mailto:support@biginterview.com) that includes:
* First Name
* Last Name
* Email Address
Our team will process the removal request on your behalf.

### **Deleting a claimant account so they can be re-entered**

If a claimant account contains incorrect information and needs to be re-entered, provide Big Interview Support with the claimant’s email address and request deletion of the current account. After the account is deleted, wait briefly, then re-enter the claimant and invite them to their workflow. Ensure the claimant’s information is correct before sending the invitation.

|| Tip: Many university subscription agreements include alumni access. It is often **unnecessary** to remove students who have graduated.

### **Managing Admin Users**

To manage organization admins:
1. Open the **Dropdown Menu** in the **top-left corner** of the screen.
2. Select **Admin Mode**.
3. In Admin Mode, open the **Profile Dropdown Menu** in the **top-right corner**.
4. Select **Add Org Admins**. This area allows you to **view and remove organization admins** and add **secondary admins**.
5. To add a **top-level admin or secondary admin**, go to the **Users** tab in Admin Mode.
**Note:** The **Add Org Admins** area only allows secondary admins to be added. Both top-level and secondary admins can be added through the **Users** tab.
**Only users with the appropriate top-level administrative permissions can add or remove organization admins.**
This action immediately revokes their administrative access.
