My Videos

Navigate to My Videos

1. Log in to your Big Interview account.
2. Navigate to the "Practice" section on your dashboard.
3. Select "My Videos" from the menu.

Practice Videos

Practice videos are recordings made in the Practice area.

You can:

• Record and re-record as many times as you like.
• Delete old recordings you no longer need.
• Share videos for external review if desired.

Managing Video Privacy:

• If you wish to revoke access to a shared video, select the video and click "Make Private."

Sharing Videos:

• You can share individual videos by clicking the blue "SHARE" from the Actions button.
• To share multiple videos, select the check-box next to each video and click the "SHARE SELECTED" button at the top of the page.
• Videos can be shared via email or by copying a link. The recipient does not need a Big Interview account to view and provide feedback.

Receiving Feedback:

• When you share a video, the recipient can leave feedback on the External Review page. They can rate you based on various verbal and non-verbal criteria.
• All feedback and scores will appear in your My Videos section next to the reviewed video.
• You can also view VideoAI scores here.

Assignment Videos

Assignment videos are now located in a separate tab within your video library, distinct from Practice Videos.

You can:

• Self-review your recorded responses.
• View external feedback from instructors or admins.
• View AI scores and feedback (if enabled for your organization).

Please note:

• Once an assignment has been submitted, you cannot rerecord or delete the videos.
• Any changes or resets must be handled by your instructor or admin.
