Launching Big Interview on Your Website

Launching Big Interview for Admin Users

Once your Big Interview site is set up and ready, you will receive an email confirming your unique Big Interview URL. Your URL follows the format yourdomain.biginterview.com. For example, if your institution’s website is yale.edu, your Big Interview URL will be yale.biginterview.com.

This information is always included in your setup email, so you do not need to guess or create the URL yourself.

To give your users easy access to the platform, you will need to add your Big Interview URL to your website. University partners usually place it in the Career Services section, but any location that students frequently visit will work.

If your institution uses Handshake, you can also add Big Interview to the Resources area. This makes the tool even easier for students to find.

Along with the link, it helps to include a short description of Big Interview so students understand what the platform offers and how it supports their job search. Sample blurbs are available in your Resource Toolkit, which is linked in your onboarding slide deck.

Spreading the Word to Your Users

A successful launch depends on strong communication. We encourage you to actively promote Big Interview so students know the tool is available. You can share the news through email announcements, social media, your campus portal, posters, or student newsletters.

Some partners choose to host a live kickoff session to introduce Big Interview. Our team is happy to co-host or support these sessions to help you drive engagement from day one.

If you have questions or would like help preparing for your launch, you can always reach out to support@biginterview.com.
