How to Use Interview Roulette
Interview Roulette is designed to keep you on your toes by presenting random questions, forcing you to think on your feet just as you would in a live interview.
How to Navigate to the Tool
To start your session, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Hover over the Practice tab in the top navigation bar.
- From the dropdown menu, select Interview Roulette.
- Click Start Practice to receive your first random question.
Using AI Feedback
If your organization has AI Feedback enabled, you can receive instant analysis on your performance. To ensure your video is processed for feedback:
- Minimum Length: Your recorded response must be at least 30 seconds long.
- Processing: Once you finish and save your recording, the AI will analyze your delivery, eye contact, and use of filler words.
- Accessing Results: You can view your AI scores directly in the My Videos section after the analysis is complete.
How It Works
- Randomization: Questions are pulled at random from our library. Every time you start a new session, you'll face a unique challenge.
- Recording: The interface functions in much the same way as a standard interview in the Practice Interview Area.
- Saving Your Progress: Just as in the Practice Interview module, all your recordings are automatically saved in the My Videos section for review or to share with a coach.

While industry-specific sets are great for targeted preparation, Interview Roulette is the best way to test your reflexes. It mimics the unpredictability of a real conversation, where an interviewer might pivot from a technical question to a behavioral one without warning.
