# How to Reset the Daily ResumeAI Scan Limit

### **For Students/Organizational Users**

### How to Reset the Daily ResumeAI Scan Limit
Each account has a daily ResumeAI scan limit of **5 scans**. If you've reached your daily limit and need to continue scanning, contact your **instructor, Career Center, or organization administrator** and ask them to reset your scan limit.

If you're unable to reach your school or organization, you can **contact Big Interview Support through chat** for assistance.
**If you contact Big Interview Support:**
1. Log in to your Big Interview account.
2. Open the **chat support** option.
3. Let the support team know that you've reached your daily ResumeAI scan limit and need a reset.
4. Provide your account email address if requested so the team can identify your account.
5. After support confirms the reset, wait a couple of minutes and refresh your screen.
**Note:**
* A reset provides **five additional ResumeAI scans for the day**.
* Your daily scan limit also resets automatically at **midnight**. If you don't need additional scans immediately, you can wait for the daily reset.

### **For Admins**

Admins can reset a user’s daily ResumeAI scan limit directly from the admin dashboard.

**To reset a student’s scan limit:**
1. Log in to your **Admin Dashboard**.
2. Go to **Users**.
3. Search for the student by name.
4. Click on the student’s name to open their profile.
5. Click on the Resumes tab.
6. Select Reset Daily Limit.

The user will immediately regain access to ResumeAI scans for that day.
