Dynamic Interview

Why practice matters

One quick round of practice might put your mind at ease, but only repeated practice builds the kind of clarity and confidence that pays off in an interview. Dynamic Interview is created to help you and challenge you by throwing out unpredictable, evolving questions based on the job ad, your resume, and the flow of conversation. That means you can’t just memorize responses — you have to think in the moment, just like in a real interview. It’s the best way to practice giving clear, relevant answers under pressure and feel more confident going into the real interview.

How does Dynamic Interview work?

Once you land on the Dynamic Interview screen, you can:

  • Start a new interview
  • Or revisit a past session to review feedback

When starting a new interview, you’ll be asked to:

  1. Paste in a job ad (mandatory)
  2. Upload your resume (optional, but highly recommended)

Then you’re off. You’ll receive a series of dynamic, audio-only questions based on your job ad and resume.

Add a real job ad, if possible

We provide a library of pre-loaded job ads to get you started, but you’ll get more accurate interview questions if you use a real job description.

If you have one from a role you’re applying for, paste it in. If not, take a few minutes to find a suitable one on LinkedIn, Indeed, or another job board.

The more accurate the job ad, the more targeted and relevant the questions will be.

Add your resume (even though it’s optional)

Your resume gives the system more context about your experience, skills, and career history. Without it, Dynamic Interview still works, but it won’t be able to ask the same level of personalized questions.

With your resume, the AI can:

  • Ask about projects or roles you’ve held
  • Reference specific companies or transitions
  • Make the practice feel much closer to a real interview

So while adding your resume is not mandatory, we strongly recommend uploading it for a richer, more realistic experience.

What we measure and why it matters

Most mock interviews only focus on how confident you sound, and they focus on things like eye contact, non-verbal communication, or verbal fillers (“ummms” and “ammms”).

Dynamic Interview goes deeper by evaluating what you say, not just how you say it.

Each answer is scored based on three essential criteria:

  • Role Alignment: Does your response show that you’re a strong fit for the position?
  • Clarity: Is your message easy to follow, structured, and compelling?
  • Confidence: Do you come across as self-assured and prepared?

How feedback works

After your interview is done, you’ll receive a performance summary and a bronze, silver, or gold medal for your overall effort.

Click “View Advanced Feedback” button to go deeper:

  • See each question you were asked
  • View scores for every answer
  • Expand individual answers to read a breakdown by criteria

Tap “Optimized Answer” to see a high-quality sample response, side-by-side with your own transcript. You’ll see exactly how to level up.

Quick tech tips

Dynamic Interview is an audio-only tool. Concentrate fully on crafting great answers without worrying about eye contact or body language.

For best results:

  • Use headphones and a microphone. It helps the AI hear you clearly and minimizes background noise.
  • Find a quiet space, as it’s better for your focus, too.

What questions to expect and how to prepare

Dynamic Interview is, well… dynamic. That means no two sessions are the same, and there’s no set script to follow. Questions evolve based on your job ad, resume, and what you say in the moment, just like in a real interview.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t prepare.

There are a few classic interview questions that show up in some form almost every time. Whether it’s phrased as “Walk me through your background,” “Tell me about yourself,” or “Tell me about a time/situation when you…”, certain themes are universal and very likely to come up during your session.
