Big Interview is FREE to use for anyone who is registered for Jobs4TN
Big Interview is an online tool that combines a proven curriculum of video lessons with AI-based virtual practice to help job seekers improve their interview skills and increase their likelihood of landing a job. Big Interview offers a self-guided coaching experience, rooted in real-world scenarios and hiring best practices. Once you complete an interview, you’ll receive feedback for each question and an action plan to help you identify areas of improvement to perfect your interview skills.
Here is a guide to using Big Interview to prepare for your interview and gain confidence.
Step 1. Go to https://www.jobs4tn.gov/ and sign in.
Step 2. Scroll down and Click on the Interview Training widget
OR Click on “Interview Training” from the left menu.
Step 3. *If you are ready to start practicing, click “Search for a Virtual Interview” and then “Practice”
Step 4. Choose your Industry or complete the Top Ten Questions in the General Practice Interview area. Make sure you have a quiet area with no distractions, good lighting, and a professional background.
Step 5. Go to the My Videos area to view your AI feedback and action plan.
Step 6. You can also share your videos with a friend or mentor for feedback.
*If you aren’t ready to start practicing yet, go to the Learn area and work through the Fast Track Curriculum. This will help you prepare and feel more confident for your interview.
